Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Champion

The DE&I Champions Program is designed to empower employees to become catalysts for change and champions of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I). This comprehensive program equips participants with the knowledge, skills and strategies necessary to foster an inclusive work environment, advocate for underrepresented groups and drive positive organizational change. Anyone can become a DE&I Champion – no matter their level, function or location. The course is structured around the Six Signature Traits of Inclusive Leadership, which include: Cognizance of Bias, Commitment, Courage, Cultural Intelligence, Curiosity, Collaboration & Empathy. By completing the DE&I Champions Program, you will gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to contribute to creating an inclusive culture, championing diversity and equity and fostering a sense of belonging for all employees.
