The IMS Next: ALL IN training provided foundational information of the key principles and positive approach to establish a culture of accountability.  Topics include: IMS Next Beliefs and Key Results; Results Pyramid; Steps to Accountability of See It, Own It, Solve It, Do It; and best practices and tools. Completion of one of the following training sessions will be awarded the IMS Next: ALL IN completion badge: Change the Culture Change the Game, Manager/Ambassador ALL IN Training, and IMS Next Facilitator Training
